Fit N' 30

This workout is a full body workout to be done with at least one day of rest in between weight training days.  This workout is intended for members that have been cleared by their doctor to exercise and have no special needs. (i.e., back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, any injury that causes chronic pain or limits range of motion, heart complications, breathing problems etc.)
