It's never to late to get in shape! No matter how old or out of

shape or in shape you are, there is always room for improvement. Getting and staying fit is a way to improve your well being, self confidence and lifestyle.

 

"Ability is what you're capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do. Attitude determines how well you do it." - Lou Holtz. I can tell you from experience; I was overweight, tired, lacked motivation and just needed a change. Joining high school sports was just the beginning of what I have come to know as my healthy lifestyle. I love the world of fitness and want to share it with everyone.

 

Let me help you be the best you can be. In 2009 and 2010 I trained athletes at Spokane Falls Community College. Training and encouraging the volleyball athletes earned them a NWACC Championship. In 2010 I also trained the SFCC Men's Golf team and they took first place in the NWACC Golf Tournament. I earned a degree as a Health and Fitness Technician and am Certified through the American Sports and Fitness Association as a Personal Trainer.

Certified as a Personal Trainer by the National Council on Strength and Fitness, I approach training with freshness and inventiveness, fitting your routine to suit your interests and introducing new movements and equipment to stimulate your body into being more fit and functional.

With a history in marital arts and a passion for functional training and tools such as Kettle bells, medicine balls, and sand weights, I can introduce your body to stimulating exercises that increase your metabolism and force your muscles to cooperate.
