Meet the Trainer | Peak Condition Personal Training

Do you feel physically limited? Do you want to participate in certain activities but know your body cant handle it? Well, that was me two years out of high school. At the age of 20 I found Personal Trainermyself tired, overweight, and unable to run a quarter of a mile without feeling like I wanted to puke. I knew I had to do something. I started running daily and pushing myself a little farther everyday. Over time I built up to about 4 miles at a decent pace. It felt good so I wanted more. At the age of 21 I took my first steps into a local gym. I started learning and implementing proper weight lifting and nutrition into my daily life. I loved it and wanted to share it with others. I decided to become a personal trainer. I enrolled in The National Personal Training Institute in Orlando, Florida and graduated in September of 2003. I believe that a good personal trainer motivates clients to go where they are unable to take themselves while maintaining proper mechanics and injury prevention techniques. I look forward to educating and inspiring all members to achieve their fitness goals.
