BODY PUMP: This class uses a bar with plates. 10 songs broken down into major muscle groups. Warm-up, squats, chest, back & legs, triceps, biceps, more legs, shoulders, core and stretch. You will not “build big muscles” in the style of class. It is designed to shape, tone and strengthen to increase strength and lean body mass.
ZUMBA: This is class is about having LOTS of fun!!! IT’S A PARTY!!! Latin inspired but also will have a twist of other styles of dance. This is a great cardio workout not a performance. There is a learning curve but learning the moves is half the fun!
R.I.P.P.E.D: This total body, high intensity style program, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight, masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D. Participants achieve undeniable, ultimate results in minimal time, boasting 750-1000 calories burned in just 50 minutes.
YOGA FLOW: While the instructor takes you through different poses, you will gain strength and flexibility. Also you will learn mind/body connection, relaxation techniques and balance building skills. All levels.
YOGALATES: Combo class of Yoga and Pilates together into one GREAT class. Rae will take you through some yoga posses while working your “CORE” at the same time!
POWER YOGA: Carol will take you through sequenced postures linked by rhythmic breathing. You will flow through poses while gaining strength and long lean muscles.
MAT PILATES: Carol will take you through sequenced postures linked by rhythmic breathing. You will flow through poses while gaining strength and long lean muscles.
CYCLING: This class is all about learning technique of cycling while getting an incredible workout! The bikes will have power meters which will let you know what your pace, speed and power is, which will give you the ability to track your workouts and see how you have improved! Bike shorts recommended and/or seat pad! Cycling shoes not required but an option.
DANCE FITNESS: Exercise to a variety of great dance music, including Latin, Country, Pop, and R&B, using basic dance moves combined into easy-to-follow routines. We even include some actual Line Dance. Have fun and burn calories in this low-impact class!
FUNCTIONAL: Less time big results! The instructor’s will work you through a series of exercises that are low impact but high intensity. Work on strength, speed and agility. Hard work will payoff and the rewards are endless!!!
CARDIO STEP: Get a great “cardio” workout with this class. The instructor will take a routine, break it down and then put the moves all together.
INTERVAL CARDIO: This class involves more athletic moves like squats, lunges, push ups, shoulders, biceps, triceps, core, functional moves. Hands weights, bars, tubes and balls used.
TURBO KICK: Great combination of intense kickboxing moves as well as choreographed to high energy and motivating music. The ultimate cardio challenge!!!
