Group Exercise Director/Instructor Michele is an ACE Certified Instructor and has been teaching classes for over 25 years. She teaches a variety of classes from step to cycle. Michele is very passionate about the fitness industry and believes that if you put your mind to it anything is possible. She will challenge you yet encourage you to be and do your best!

ACE Certified Fitness Instructor
Rae is ACE certified and has been teaching group fitness classes for over 20 years. Her career includes teaching a multitude of classes. including Zumba, Body Pump, Step, Kickboxing, Cycling, Yoga and Pilates. Her goal for every class is to challenge participants and more importantly have fun!
Certified Group Fitness Instructor Nancy is certified in Body Pump, Body Flow, Cycling and teaches a variety of cardio step/slide/interval classes. She loves helping people stay fit so they can reap the benefits of our valley’s cycling, hiking, and/or skiing. Nancy has been teaching 5:00 am group exercise classes for over 19 years.
ACE Certified & Carol has been teaching group fitness classes for over 25 years. She has her Master’s Degree in Education from Western Washington University. Carol has been ACE Certified since 1988 and is also a Registered Yoga Teacher. She teaches everything fro Kinesis, Body Pump to Yoga.
Secrett enjoys spending most her days being active in various directions and multiple sports. During college to complete her nursing degree, she played women's soccer and competed in triathlons. She graduated with her RN degree in 2004 and became a soccer coach for her son's soccer teams throughout the year and current. After nursing Secrett pursued her Wellness Coaching license thru ACSM and completed it in 2005. Secrett has enjoyed training various degrees of fitness levels based on individual goals and health needs. With her medical background and her love for fitness she has found passion in helping others succeed no matter what fitness level. Secrett can be found in the cycling studio revving up the metabolism and making you sweat with interval and power training.
Thom Heywood Thom has been teaching cycling for over 14 years. He is avid cyclist in the valley and when Thom is teaching a class he will educate, challenge and inspire you to look at cycling differently. He will give you the tools to help you feel comfortable out on the “road and/or on the “trail”.
